The Supreme Allied Commander Europe or SACEUR is the commander of the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation's (NATO) Allied Command Operations (ACO) and head of ACO's headquarters, Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe (SHAPE). The commander is based at SHAPE in Casteau, Belgium. SACEUR is the second-highest military position within NATO, below only the Chairman of the NATO Military Committee in terms of precedence.
SACEUR has always been held by a U.S. military officer, and the position is dual-hatted with that of Commander of United States European Command. SACEUR was founded in 1951 and the first General in charge back then was none other than the legendary General Dwight D. Eisenhower.

Very Good but Not perfect,but at Ordering would have taken V.Good AnyDay!!Only Slight thing(as NO Bleeding,NO Smudging or ANY probs with acctual writing,is that the Red/Black and T-Shirt Colour isn't as Bold/Bright as in picture.BUT! When i took pic's of T-Shirt on my Phone for this review,it again looked like Bolder/Brighter Colours by 10-15% than in reality.......

The item was heavier than I thought, which is a good thing. A lot of t-shirts these days are made from low quality thin cotton which don't last. This is much thicker cotton that should last much longer. The print was centred perfectly. It is a good size and the colours are nice and vibrant. Exactly as the image shows.
