The Christmas stocking was exactly as depicted online. I loved the ability to customize my brother's surfer stocking with a funny picture of him on the back! The first shipping got lost in the mail, but Sophie in customer service was on it, keeping me calm and trying to track it down. When all else failed, she ordered another to be produced and over-nighted it to me so I would be able to give it to my brother for Christmas! Just got it today! Thank you! The quality of the picture I sent Zazzle and the personalized writing were perfect!
