Good quality, warm, and she will love wearing it this fall and winter. The product arrived on time and in good condition. I have no complaints -- all good! I didn't order custom printing, but the design that came standard with the hoody was fine. My granddaughter really liked the "chick" picture.

this took a while and several emails but has finally arrived, I am just a tiny bit over 5ft and a UK size 14 on top so went for the medium, its slightly long in the arms BUT will keep me cosy. design on the dark hoody is just perfect but then again I only just recieved it today (8th march)
