"Take a Break Before YOU Break" Reminder Magnet

Take a Break Before You Break. This is a reminder for pretty much anyone; but my target audience are auties and aspies / people with Asperger's and those who are there to assist them. This magnet, if put in a place where it is seen frequently, serves as a reminder to stop and take a break before a breaking point is reached. The "jagged" infinity knot is apt because autistic people in particular (including myself) need to be careful. If an autistic person gets overwhelmed things like cognitive shutdown, shutdowns, and meltdowns can happen. In my research, I've seen it noted that caretakers need to take their foot off the gas once in a while as well as their role in the life of the autistic person can be very strenuous depending on where they are in the spectrum. The beetle on its back alludes to my interpretation of Franz Kafka's Metamorphosis where a man becomes a bug and can no longer function as a human from what I assumed to be job-related stress. As a person on the spectrum: I find this an apt analogy. The text is customizable, so you can change it to whatever you want.
