The invitation themselves were well done and very pretty. However, I ordered 25 invitations with envelopes and only got 19 envelopes so some had to be handed out without envelopes. It seemed like an amateur mistake, but Zazzle made it right by offering a small percentage refund. Printing was overall very nice.
