Quality I would describe the quality of this beverage mug as 4/5. My only complaint would be that the lid is not very tight, and the spout leaks. But the quality of the print and exterior, I would highly recommend Zazzle and this beverage "to-go" mug. Durability So far the mug seems very durable. I haven't had the opportunity to clean it in the dishwasher, but I'm sure it would be fine. I've had cups ceramic coffee mugs similar to this in the past, and the photos have faded and discoloured over time, so I am not sure what will happen with this one. Expectations This item meets my expectations. I didn't expect that it would be top notch quality. I had hoped the lid wouldn't leak through the closed spout, but it doesn't surprise me too much. At this price point for a custom "to-go" mug I'd recommend it. The kids at school (and colleagues) really like it. Design on the mug is 5/5! I am very very pleased with how well it turned out.
