This cute welcome sign is perfect for a teacher's preschool or elementary school classroom. It shows a bunch of cuddly animals riding the school bus. The bear is driving, the fox is writing in its notebook, the owl is staring out the window, the pig is being a well-behaved student, and the bunny rabbit is waving a flag in the back seat. Around the bus, it's a happy day with a blue sky, clouds, trees, birds, and a beautiful welcome banner. Use the easy templates to add your text. The poster size shown is 16" x 12". This design works well on many sizes and shapes. What you see on screen is what will print, though, so be careful when changing the dimensions. You can also "customise" to resize the design to better fit a different shape. The "welcome" banner and all text can be moved separately! You can also change font and size. I designed these at the request of teachers who were using my book 'Writing Essays: what you need to know' with their classes, as they wanted to have more classroom resources based on the book.
First off, although I worried about ordering the budget paper, the quality was excellent, and others I showed at school were impressed.
I thought the poster might be a bit small at first, but up on the wall it looks fine. Students are able to go up to it and refer to it while they work.
The other posters have bigger text so they'd probably be alright at this size. Any bigger and I think the posters become too expensive as a classroom product. The colours are lovely and clear and the text and images are crisp. I made sure the dpi was very high when I designed the poster, and this has turned out perfectly!

The posters are fabulous, and they gave a warm first impression to students and parents entering the classroom for the first time.
