There should never be a war on education and educators, but that's what we have. My wife and our two sons and I spent every day on the picket line during the Chicago Teachers Union strike supporting our school's teachers, but I wanted to do more, so I wrote letters and I also came up with this design to raise their spirits. I feel honoured to have gotten to know so many amazing teachers. I'm proud to be able to offer these T-shirts to teachers everywhere (and anyone who loves our great teachers) as a sign of solidarity and strength. Teachers United Will Never Be Divided! (This design is for black shirts only - it differs from the other rainbow design in that there is no wight border around the image on a black shirt.)

I'm very satisfied with my Teachers United shirt. It really makes a statement and does what I wanted it to do. It supports education and teachers! However, I was really glad I took the advice of others who commented because I ordered a large, when I usually wear a small or medium, and the large is still a bit snug. I don't think I'll be able to put it in the dryer. The image quality is good. There's a bit of a shadow at the edges but I can live with that. I like the colors and the design is really great!

I was gobsmacked to be able to get my hero William Scoresby (1789-1857) on a T-shirt. Mine may be unique! I am researching him and fell in love with this portrait. The dark grey sets it off beautifully and the medium size (I usually take a Small) is a lovely loose fit, just like the online pic, with sleeves long enough for my long arms. The design is amazing. The portrait it is taken from was an etching made two centuries ago! The gradations of light and dark are just as in the original (Google him and you will see). The fabric is good quality, not too thin, and well finished off. I will treasure this garment as long as we both exist!
