The Koch snowflake (also known as the Koch curve, Koch star or Koch island) is a fractal curve that was first devised by the Swedish mathematician Helge von Koch; it is a continuous curve that does not have a tangent at any point. The Koch snowflake is very interesting to mathematicians, because its perimeter is infinite yet its area is finite, however, its fundamental beauty can be appreciated by absolutely anyone with this simple and elegant design.

My recipient loved this jigsaw, they found it a challenge at 1000 pieces, their only comment was the picture on the box was very small and made it tricky to follow as a guide. Printing as ever with Zazzle was great no issues.
