Around 1930, a 21-year-old Clyde Barrow arrested and photographed in Waco, Texas.
Don't let the boyish demeanor fool you. He was dangerous as a Texas rattler. Expert with guns and a crack shot. Always close to an arsenal of shotguns, pistols, rifles, and his favorite weapon, the Browning Automatic Rifle (BAR), which is basically a military grade machine gun.
Purported to have killed 13 people, many of which were Law Enforcement. Shot dead, along with his lover, Bonnie Parker, 4 years after this photograph was taken.
