The first order of this cup was sent to me rather than the designated person, but it was reprinted and sent to the person expeditiously.so customer service was excellent. When I was designing the cup, I talked to an individual who assisted me in putting it together. The directions without help were not helpful like no step-by-step but the chat person helped me.
The cup did turn out lovely. I printed my own words and they turned out perfect. See photo.

I loved designing this mug using images stored on Zazzle. Was able to choose the font for the name and uplaod a background for behind the name, and a fabulous image of a black and white horse. It came out beautifully well and I was well pleased.
