The product was good quality. However, I was originally shipped someone else's order. I had arranged my schedule to get these cards sent out and then disappointed to have to spend about a half hour on hold just to re-order since I was in possession of someone else's Christmas cards. They did correct the problem and express ship some new ones, but I still had to wait 4 more days to get them - and they never offered a discount or anything for the trouble. It was disappointing, and even though the quality of the card was good, I will likely not order again from Zazzle. The quality was just fine!
