This design features a painting by the Italian artist Carlo Ademollo (1824–1911). She is wearing a simple costume with a corset. Her feet are bare and she is wearing a blue scarf on her hair. There are lambs and goats in the background. One lamb is standing by her feet and looking at the young woman as she sleeps gracefully. The original artwork was painted by Carlo Ademollo in 1900.
