This design features a painting by the Irish artist John Lavery (1856–1941). It depicts the interior of the jockeys' dressing room at Ascot Racecourse, which is one of the most prestigious racecourses in the UK for thoroughbred horse racing. The jockeys are preparing for their horse races. They are wearing their racing colours: for example, a man in the foreground is wearing a pink and yellow jersey, while another is wearing a blue jacket. All of the jockeys are wearing brightly coloured caps on their heads. The original artwork was painted by John Lavery in 1923.

The Charity Christmas Single for Autism and raise money for a new school bus was a great success (The now have their new bus) both CD and digital downloads were available (and still are raising money for this great cause) - the idea to produce a Christmas Tree Decoration in the form of the CD cover to present to the family who instigated it was a great success and will have pride of place on their tree for many years to come.
