This bag is great! I wanted the bag in a medium size and only saw it in the small size. I called customer service and they helped be customize it for my needs. I couldn't be happier with the service or the bag. The design is great and the bag holds everything I need with room to spare. The printing turned out better than I expected since I had to customize it and I am no artist. I have to admit that it came out exactly the way I wanted it despite the fact that I have no artistic talent. Customer service helped me get it exactly right and I am very pleased with the results!

This is a very well-made bag. Super sturdy. It's hard to find bags like this in stores. The straps are adjustable and can be worn as a crossbody (less prone to getting snatched like an over-the-shoulder purse). The image/design is crystal clear. It looks even better in person!

It is a small bag but perfectly sized to carry daily necessities. It is very strong. I love that the opening can be adjusted if needed. One of the best things I love about this bag is that you can wipe it clean. It also has a pocket, perfect for keeping my phone safe and quick and easy access to it. The printing is crisp and clear. It is beautiful!
