The stainless steel mug is well-weighted and great quality. My only disappointment is that I am into these mugs for the art-content, and the fine details of the print are obscured by the deep tone of the steel. I have now also purchased the same mug in the white, on which I can see & enjoy the artwork to a greater extent. No problem with the mug or the print, just my preferences of backgrounds for viewing the print. Print quality & details are excellent, just hard to see against the steel gray background.

Great mug which I customised for myself using my photo library. I unfortunately broke the handle of my first mug. As my previous order was kept in history of orders I was able just to reorder without having to customise the mug again, & so was able to order exactly the same mug as a replacement.
