I got the idea to create this hat as a conversation and educational piece. Why? Well, discrimination and prejudice towards the American Pitbull Terrier is the result of ignorance. This hat is sure to get people to asking questions of you. For on the front is Nanny Dog, the Pitbull, on the sides are No BSL and American Hero.This is your first hand chance to help educate the less informed, and the victims of the media's assault on America's Hero dog and companion. After all, change has come to Washington with the election of Barack Obama as president of the United States. Let’s bring change to our neighbourhoods one conversation at a time. It may be the life of your own dog you save! Let's get our neighbourhoods talking to protect our beloved family pets, our best friends. We are our brother’s keepers and must act now, to correct the wrongs done and to prevent being in a position to “react” after our dogs are taken from us and put to sleep by local authorities.
