Everything was great. Only ONE problem. The blue star was not included into the mug's base design, so I had to literally combine the picture of my wife with a star I had to create myself on photoshop. But yes, it turned out incredible! She loved it.

The mug and picture were excellent quality and look like they should be long-lasting. Since there's no default star image, it took a bit of work to photoshop it exactly as I wanted, but it was not too difficult and worth the effort. Everyone loved it and we have gotten tons of compliments! Printing came out almost exactly as I wanted. The blue came out slightly duller than the picture online, but very close.
