Group of 5 galaxies, The Stephan’s Quintet. This is a composite image constructed from around 1000 images taken in the near-infrared (NIRCam) and mid-infrared (MIRI) data with the JWST - James Webb Space Telescope. These galaxies with bright white cores are colliding, stretching and pulling on each other with their gravitational forces. There's many foreground stars with diffraction spikes (Bright points with lines radiating out) in this image.
