The world's northernmost church is situated 78° 14' N over the Arctic Circle. Longyearbyen is the most fantastic settlement I ever visited. It is also one of the Earth’s northernmost towns with lots of mining structures.’This beautiful church is overlooking the town and visitors are welcome with coffee and cookies. The wild beauty of Svalbard (Spitsbergen) untouched nature is absolutely breathtaking. To visit Svalbard it is an adventure itself, but to experience this most magnificent and magical place is a greatest event of a life time. You will meet not just the kindest people, but also the majestic animals of the Arctic, like Polar bears, Walruses, Humpback Whales, Beluga whales, Blue Whales, (the largest mammals on Earth).
