    Tibetan Flag (Tibet) Yoga Mat

    This design features the national flag of Tibet, which was used by the independant state of Tibet between 1916 and 1951. It was banned by the Chinese government in 1959. The flag features two snow lions between a blue-and-orange yin-yang symbol, and it used today by the Tibetan Government in Exile, which is based in Dharamshala (also spelled Dharamsala), India.

    On the face of it, looked brilliant but wasn’t sure about the foam style. After using it, seems much more comfortable than my normal yoga mat at 5-6mm deep. I bought this to practice pop ups and surf stances and with my dodgy knees it’s perfect. High quality print, not your usual Mat, memory foam style
