I expected the cards ordered at the beginning of December to arrive in time to address and mail in time for friends and family to received prior to Christmas. I was anxious when they did not arrive. However, I called to express my concern about not receiving my cards and the customer service department reacted immediately and shipped my set of cards within 3 days. I will say, I appreciate their quick response. The cards were exactly as I created. The card stock was good heavy stock, the colors and printing were exactly as I 1st proofed them
