Tom Thomson Painting Canadian Landscape Wrapping Paper

This pastoral Canadian design features a beautiful northland painting by the great early 20th Century Canadian painter Tom Thomson. This design was inspired by a childhood trip to Kleinberg, Ontario and a visit to the McMichael Canadian Art Collection to view paintings by the Group of Seven featuring this artist. Thomas John Thomson (August 5, 1877 – July 8, 1917) was a Canadian artist active in the early 20th century. During his short career he produced roughly 400 oil sketches on small wood panels along with around 50 larger works on canvas. His works consist almost entirely of landscapes depicting trees, skies, lakes, and rivers. His paintings use broad brush strokes and a liberal application of paint to capture the beauty and color of the Ontario landscape.

I really liked this product, the picture is lovely and the colours are really nice. I wanted it to up-cycle a writing bureau and I was concerned that the paper may be too thin. But it wasn't and it worked fine. On the pictures I have uploaded the print looks a bit aged and not so vivid and new looking. As I wanted an aged patina but the actual print is clearer and the colours are brighter. The colour and prints are good.
