these mugs are fantabulous. I love them all... I bought this one for a dear dear friend who loves it here, yet hates the town. LOL. It was PERFECT. they wash great in dishwasher too!!!! as awesome as the cards themselves. great products. i highly recommend!!

I loved the mug, hated Zazzle customer service. I should have known to pass this up after receiving off center buttons last time. I ordered my mug about 3 weeks before Christmas so I expected a longer wait time....which was fine. Its when I called customer service to see what exactly was going on with my order he was really rude. I hate that Zazzle uses UPS that transfers to USPS. Its confusing, and ultimately makes for a longer wait time. I will be waiting for Bluntcard to put their own site back up, and will not be using Zazzle again. The printing turned out okay. It was a little more faded than what I thought it would be, and the black inside was a little uneven. I love the picture though, and am afraid to return it since I may get worse quality.
