Gave as gift to a short friend who always complains that she has tiny arms. She absolutely loved it. Did take a while to send, but it had custom text on it. Printing was good, text might have been a little heavier, but since I chose it, can't really blame the manufacturer. On the website it seemed heavier, but seemed thinner on the sweatshirt.
