This enables the practitioner to inflict pain, injury or death. The Ho family addresses “empty hand combat.” FUT - GA The unity between the mind and the body, drawing on one’s self-confidence and strong offensive techniques to execute an action, ending a conflict before it begins. Fut focuses on the “mindset.” HUNG -GA The physical dynamics and conditioning of the body in order for it to perform up to its maximum potential.
