These vibrant and wonderful flowers remind me of my childhood growing up in the upper Midwest! My mother planted tulip bulbs every year for as long as I could remember. I could hardly wait to see them popping up in our back yard along with the lilacs, African violets and the vegetables in her garden. Red, magenta, orange with a beautiful blue sky as the backdrop in this modern painting.
