This vintage Thanksgiving postcard features an illustration of a turkey pulling a child on a pumpkin cart! ! In this cute Fall and Thanksgiving image, a brown turkey with orange tail feathers on display pulls a pumpkin cart with a child holding the reigns. The little one is dressed for cold weather in a green jacket, red mittens, blue pants and scarf, white stockings, and a red and white knitted cap. In the background, you can faintly see a white house with a red brick chimney. The card reads, “A joyful Day for You.” The original postcard was postmarked Circa 1914 on the back.
