The funerary mask of the Boy King, Tutankhamun features as the centre-piece for this spectacular art print. Flames burn all around him, depicting the peril this young man was in from his birth, as well as the visions he must have imagined as his world changed during this tumultuous period. He reigned from the age of 9 until his premature death at age 18. During his reign he brought peace to his people and a return to traditional Egyptian values. Although he was not solely responsible for many of the Court's decisions, he did participate and oversee the changes wrought by his senior advisors.
