Personalise it with a name, plus rank and "Army" text. If retired, this text is also included. All text, however, is easily edited or removed by using the template. For other changes (different type font, colour, size or placement) select "Personalise this design" then select "Edit using Design Tool." Check out "options" for other sizes or styles of mugs. Good size and seems robust. Great for reducing plastic water bottle use. I gave 4 stars not 5 as the mouth of the bottle is large which I found less easy to drink from. Printing was very good with clear colours but the image appears as stuck on rather than pressed in.
