I was originally unaware that this is a flexfit. Then I ordered the wrong size. (What was I thinking?) But Zazzle fixed it by sending me another one, at no charge -- I think. The process was confusing, but we gotter done. I messed up the second time -- I meant to order navy instead of black. It fits well, but get the navy. It looks better. The first cap (navy color) was perfect. The second cap (black color) the embroidery was good but a little high.
