It is a wall clock of the Ukiyo-e "Fugaku Sanjurokkei Kanagawa Oki Namiura" by Hokusai KATSUSHIKA. Hokusai KATSUSHIKA (Note 1), September 23, 1760 <October 31, 1760>? April 18, 1849 was an ukiyo-e artist in the late Edo period. He was one of the representative figures of Kasei culture.
