"和漢百物語 (Wakan hyaku monogatari)“ is a series based on Japanese and Chinese horror stories and heroic anecdotes by 月岡芳年 (Tsukioka Yoshitoshi).
＊No.6 頓欲の婆々（Donyoku no babā / どんよく の ばばあ）
舌切り雀 ("The sparrow with its tongue cut out)” is one of the Japanese fairy tales. An old man received a small wicker trunk as a gift from a kind sparrow, which contained gold, silver and treasure. Seeing this, the greedy grandmother forcibly takes the large wicker trunk from the sparrow, thinking that it must contain even more treasure. On her way home, she opens the trunk and sees a monster jumping out, making her faint with agony.

I like the design features on the website. They enable the fitting of a good quality Print to an existing frame.
This Print was of excellent quality. I would buy again.
One small gripe is that the image was not centred horizontally (about 3mm out) so needed trimming. No great hardship and may have been my fault in the setting-up.
Next time, I would choose to set the text below the picture to a smaller font.
Overall - Thank You! Looks good in its frame - Just as expected. I had a very expensive Gallery print of this before. It got damaged - hence the replacement. It compares very well.
