This is a depiction of a "rumoured person in the world" as a kabuki actor.
Title : 豊国漫画図絵 霧太郎（Toyokuni manga zue Kiritarō / とよくに まんが ずえ きりたろう)
He is a handsome robber who disguises himself as 傾城 花子（courtesan Hanako）.
Author : 歌川豊国 III（歌川国貞）(Utagawa Toyokuni III / Utagawa Kunisada)
