This is a Ukiyo-e picture of Utagawa Toyokuni III featuring a Japanese magician.
＊賊首児雷也（Zokushu Jiraiya / ぞくしゅ じらいや)
＊賊首 means chieftain of thieves. He is a fictional ninja who uses Gama(toad) magic.
＊I used data from the National Diet Library's Digital Collection and made colour corrections.
