The change of the mountain's name back to the Cherokee "Kuwohi" or "The Mulberry Place" was announced by media outlets, following the Eastern Band of the Cherokee Indians successfully lobbying the U.S. Board of Geographic Names. The shadows of clouds cast on mountains shorter than where you are is an interesting experience and leads towards a beautiful view in this instance.
