USS Monitor Amphitrite Poster
Named for the ancient Greek goddess of tin cans, the Amphitrite was probably obsolete the moment her iron hull touched brine. Boasting 8 inch guns, the Amphitrite appears ready to take on the world's remaining wooden navies. This monitor is what could be called charitably a "wet ship." USS Amphitrite is heading north on the Hudson River near where Riverside Church now stands. The occasion is either the naval parade for the end of the Spanish American War; or, the dedication of Grant's Tomb. The people on the shore will go to their beds tonight a little more nervous knowing that America's defence depends on such a vessel.

I like the design features on the website. They enable the fitting of a good quality Print to an existing frame.
This Print was of excellent quality. I would buy again.
One small gripe is that the image was not centred horizontally (about 3mm out) so needed trimming. No great hardship and may have been my fault in the setting-up.
Next time, I would choose to set the text below the picture to a smaller font.
Overall - Thank You! Looks good in its frame - Just as expected. I had a very expensive Gallery print of this before. It got damaged - hence the replacement. It compares very well.
