I attempted to reach Zazzle over and over again to get my 20% refund on my almost $100 purchase Of cards from them…to no avail. I also asked over and over again to either send me ab envelope for each card I purchased or allow me to purchase an envelope for each card I purchased. After several attempts to chat either a computer online and 30, 40 and sixty minute waits for a callback.
They are based in Ireland. Nobody answers the phone or calls you back.
I wasted at least several hours on this project.
They are a fraud and undeserving of any support. .

Great product and pleased with the turnaround however, we purchased from a collection and the card used is different colours which is really disappointing so our invite and details don’t match.
