Victorian Roses and Lilacs Card
"Roses and Lilacs on a Cement Bench" was painted with opaque watercolor by French floral artist, Raoul Maucherat de Longpre, c. 1883. He was the older brother of the more famous French-American flower painter, Paul de Longpre, who lived in Los Angeles painting flowers from his garden for magazines and advertisements.
