This appears to be a limited edition print, one that not many people are familiar with, from Arthur Rackham. This is a shame as I believe it is one of his most beautiful paintings.
I found the card to be rather low quality, which is a real shame. However this could be my fault for not purchasing another format. I would definitely buy again. Perhaps not as good as it should be. I always look for really good quality in my cards.
