First of all, I wasn't happy with the run around I had to do to try and get lower cost shipping. The cost of shipping was way more than necessary. But what really upset me is that my wedding envelopes arrived bent in the middle from being strapped too tightly and the corners of the envelopes were mashed up. Not exactly ideal to send out wedding invitations in. The printing looks great, I just wish the condition of the envelope had arrived better!
