    Vintage Charles Ethan Porter Roses Canvas Print - Charles Ethan Porter (1847 – 1923) was an African-American painter who specialised in still life painting and was the only African-American artist at the turn of the century who painted in still life. Porter studied at the National Academy of Design in New York City and at Ecole des Arts Decoratifs in Paris. Today his work can be found in art galleries.
