Who was the artist Mr. Feiertag you may ask? Well, Karl Feiertag is an Austrian / American, who was born in 1874, and died in 1944. Karl Feiertag is an Austrian genus artist who lived and was active as an artist in the U.S. for most of his life. He was an illustrator and a painter, and was most famous for his portraits, landscapes, and scenes involving skaters, children, flowers, and goats. He was known for his realist and representational style in art. This is one of at least six pieces of similar children love art by Karl Feiertag located in the “Valentine’s Day” holiday section of my gallery.
