Vintage Delft Blue Nautical Hermit Crabs Etching Tile
This is a cool vintage nautical design I adapted from an antique book illustration. It was a print of an etching in black and white that I colourized to a Dutch style delft blue china look. The scene is two hermit crabs walking on the sea floor showing off their taste in shells that they chose for their portable homes. This would make a cool accent to a bathroom or kitchen on a house boat or in a beach house. #sealife #underthesea

Really nice image fixed to the tiles in my shower as a background to a soap dish. This was to hide the marks left by a broken soap dish. Just used tile adhesive and white grout. I think it looks good, almost like the drips are falling from the soap dish. No probs. Nice image.
