the key-chain looks great and seems durable not flimsy, the photo printed looks nice, the processing of the order was fast and so was delivery. I have one issue. I picked an endless knot design and then it gave me the option of customizing it...but if you customize it with your own photo it means the designed you initially chose will not be there anymore. The ways the page is set up for the order I expected the design will be on one side and the photo on the other. But this is not the case...it is either photo or design. I think this needs to be clearer when you make your choice. I added a sepia photo that had silhouettes rather than a detailed face and it turned out very nicely.
