Vintage Eos Thomas Musgrave Joy Canvas Print - A beautiful print of "Eos" created by Thomas Musgrave Joy (1812–1866). Thomas Musgrave Joy was a British painter who specialised in portraits. Joy was in demand as a portrait painter. He painted the Queen Victoria’s dogs as well as the Prince of Wales, the Duke of Cambridge and the Princess Royal -These paintings are in the Royal Collection. The McManus Galleries in Dundee currently exhibit Joy's significant commissions to paint Grace Darling and her father William, who had become Victorian heroes after rescuing sailors from the distressed Forfarshire paddle steamer.

Really nice image fixed to the tiles in my shower as a background to a soap dish. This was to hide the marks left by a broken soap dish. Just used tile adhesive and white grout. I think it looks good, almost like the drips are falling from the soap dish. No probs. Nice image.
