A beautiful print of 'The 'Family Reunion' painted in 1868 by French painter Frederic Bazille (1841 – 1870). Bazille was a French impressionist painter and a close friend of Claude Monet and Edouard. He was only twenty-three years old when he painted several of his best-known works, including The Pink Dress which he painted in 1864 -- Bazille's best-known painting is Family Reunion. He died in the Franco-Prussian War of 1870.

I fell in love with this painting by Claude Lorrain as soon as I saw it but with a limited budget I had to go for the cheaper version but I was truly amazed when it arrived - it’s as beautiful as it looked on the site!
