Super high resolution, up to any size. 2 policemen are taking away a frivolous young lady. The upper text "où la mènent ils?" means "where are they taking her?" The answer is "Au violon", which is (outdated) slang for "to prison". This was an advertising poster for the "Café Riche", a popular bar and restaurant on the Boulevard des Italiens in Paris.
