Vintage Glasgow Bevvy Poster

This distinctive alcohol themed poster is based on a vintage temperance movement poster warning against the dangers of drinking too much alcohol. The wording reads, 'The Bevvy' (Scottish for drink). Above is an illustration of a deathly pale blue eyed man in a Forties style hat who is clearly boozing too much. You can see part of his skull through the pint glass of lager in the foreground. The warning is clear - booze too much ... and you die! The original vintage poster is on view at the People's Palace museum in Glasgow, Scotland. I've added a green border to match the ghoulish skull but you can easily change this to suit simply by using the customize border.

I like the design features on the website. They enable the fitting of a good quality Print to an existing frame. This Print was of excellent quality. I would buy again. One small gripe is that the image was not centred horizontally (about 3mm out) so needed trimming. No great hardship and may have been my fault in the setting-up. Next time, I would choose to set the text below the picture to a smaller font. Overall - Thank You! Looks good in its frame - Just as expected. I had a very expensive Gallery print of this before. It got damaged - hence the replacement. It compares very well.
