I have emailed a complaint to customer service as my order is still 'in transit' after 1 month. I have emailed zazzle over a week ago to complain that my order is still not here and have had no response. The delivery company has not responded either. My card has been charged and the product has not arrived and I can only assume it is lost. I understand these things can happen but the lack of response from zazzle is very disappointing. Can someone please respond to be as soon as possible. If I do not get a response I will complain via social media platforms if needed. Thank you,. Don't know as item has not arrived.
